1.Contact Us to Confirm Vehicles You communicate your requirements with us, select target vehicles, and verify vehicle condition, specifications, pricing and trade terms. We provide real‑shot videos, photos and inspection documents of the vehicles. 2.Pay Deposit & Sign Contract (Proforma Invoice / PI) After both parties confirm all transaction details, the customer pays the deposit and signs the sales contract. We reserve the vehicle for you and initiate export preparation work. 3.Vehicle Arrives at Chinese Port — Customer Settles Balance Payment Once vehicles pass inspection and are transported domestically to the loading port, the customer pays the full balance in accordance with the contract. 4.Arrange Cross‑border Shipment to Destination Country Upon receipt of the balance payment, we complete China’s export customs clearance and arrange rail or sea freight to ship the vehicles to your destination country. Shipping documents and container numbers will be provided for logistics tracking. Hand Over Full Set of Export Documents 5.After shipment departs, we hand over the complete set of export documents for the customer to conduct customs clearance in the destination country. 6.Customs Clearance & Vehicle Pick‑up at Destination (Buyer’s Responsibility) When cargo arrives at the destination terminal, the buyer or local agent shall complete import customs clearance and pay applicable import duties and taxes. Upon completion, the buyer may pick up the vehicles and proceed with local registration and licensing.

Before placing an order and paying the deposit, we offer multiple vehicle‑inspection options: Remote Video Inspection We take real‑life photos and short‑video clips on‑site, covering details such as exterior, interior, engine bay, undercarriage and odometer. The pre‑shipment inspection report will also be provided at the same time. On‑site Physical Inspection Customers or their authorized representatives may visit our domestic yard to inspect the vehicles in‑person. Other inspection approaches are also available. Our account manager will coordinate with you for vehicle verification prior to purchase.

Yes, Chinese new‑energy vehicles are available for export, including battery‑electric, extended‑range and plug‑in hybrid models. Both brand‑new NEVs and low‑mileage used NEVs can be supplied. We handle all China‑side export customs clearance and documentation. ⚠️Important note: Whether vehicles can clear customs in your country depends on local import regulations. EAEU countries (Russia, Belarus, Central Asia) require OTTC/SBKTS homologation; Middle‑East Gulf countries require GCC certification. Homologation and import permit are buyer’s responsibilities. Please verify local import rules before placing orders. NEVs carry lithium‑ion batteries and require special logistics handling, freight terms differ from gasoline vehicles. We supply major Chinese NEV brands: BYD, AITO, Zeekr, Geely, Chery, Leapmotor, Xpeng, NIO, Haval and more. We have SUV and sedan options for BEV, E‑REV and PHEV.
